Release notes for George

Onboarding is now its own workspace.

Your note said combining onboarding with the business plan would get noisy, and that it should be a separate tab or a separate system. This release does that. The planner is still one sign-in, but it is now two workspaces, and nothing from the ninety-day track shows up on the business side beyond a single line.

The switch

Next to the wordmark on every screen there is now a two-way switch. It is the only thing that moves you between the two sides, and it looks like this:

Onboarding first, Business second. Each side has its own navigation underneath it.

Onboarding holds the ninety-day track and nothing else. For the office it holds onboarding health and each new agent's track. Business holds the daily number, the scorecard, the cap tracker and the Academy. For the office it holds the brokerage overview and the roster.

What changed, screen by screen

The agent's side

Today
A panel of the next four track items sat beside the daily number.
One line under the greeting: the day, the phase, how many items are due, and any past due. It links across to Onboarding. The cap tracker and the next Academy module take the space.
First 90
A tab in the same nav as Scorecard and Business.
The whole Onboarding workspace. Same 33 items, same four phases, same ops-owned grey items. The old link still works and lands here.
Day counter
"Day 53 / 90" sat in the header on every screen.
Shows only inside Onboarding.

The brokerage's side

Brokerage overview
Onboarding count, average track completion and the onboarding health list shared the screen with GCI and who has gone quiet.
Business only. Agents, conversations this week, silent this week, closed GCI. The main panel is the week agent by agent: conversations, appointments set and held, contracts written, pending GCI. "Needs a conversation" and the office breakdown stay where they were.
Onboarding health
A panel on the brokerage overview.
The home screen of the Onboarding workspace. Every agent inside their first ninety days, furthest behind first, with how many items are past due and how many of those are the office's to clear. Pace is still measured against what the track asked for by today, not a flat line.
Roster
A track-progress column for every agent.
Office, plan, conversations this week, closed GCI, status. The track column is gone.
Agent detail
Four tabs: First 90, Scorecard, Business, Academy.
Three tabs: Scorecard, Business, Academy. One link in the header opens that agent's track in Onboarding, and the track page links back to their business record. The two never share a screen.
Start page
Described First 90 as one of the agent's tabs.
Describes both workspaces, and the five-minute walkthrough follows the new path.

What did not change

Where to look

The same two doors as before. Try the switch on either side.

Still yours to decide

The two questions from the start page are still open. Nothing in this release depends on them, but going live does.

Is this the ninety-day track you want to hold agents to?

Cut it, add to it, reorder it. Marking an item required is what lets the system call somebody behind.

Who enters a closed deal, the agent or the office?

If agents enter their own, the cap moves the moment it matters to them. If the office enters them, the numbers are clean but the agent's cap lags.
